Everyone says they want a place that checks all the boxes… but when I say Clarksville, people say I’m wrong. 🤨
Let’s talk facts
✔ Retirement friendly? Yes, especially for military retirees and those wanting affordability without giving up convenience.
✔ Family oriented? Yes, strong neighborhoods, community events, parks, and space to grow.
✔ Good housing market? Yes, even with higher interest rates, home prices have increased about 2% from April 2025 to April 2026.
✔ Good schools? Yes, about 70% of CMCSS schools earned an A or B letter grade from the state.
✔ Accessible healthcare? Yes, with Vanderbilt and soon to be Ascension Saint Thomas, and TriStar Health, as well as a new VA Hospital, we are expanding access, healthcare options continue to grow.
