A new construction home may be brand new… but that does NOT mean the buying process should be hands-off. 🏡

Today I walked through a home and learned that the buyer had lived there for almost **five years** without knowing their garage door remotes were stored inside the compartment of the opener itself. As funny as the situation was, it was also very eyeopening.

Five. Years.

And honestly? That is exactly why having the right REALTOR® on your side matters.
