Get excited, because Game Night with the Spreading Our Support Foundation is tomorrow! 🎲

You're invited to join in the fun tomorrow evening for a casual night of games, food, drinks, and time together. This event is hosted by the Spreading Our Support Foundation, and it’s free for Clarksville Association of REALTORS® REALTOR® Members and Affiliate Partners to attend.

No need to dress up (unless you just want to). Just come ready for a fun Saturday night with fellow REALTOR® Members, Affiliate Partners, and friends of the association.

There will also be a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle happening during the event! Can’t make it in person? You can still register for free and bid on auction items online. Bidding will close during the event tomorrow night, so make sure you’re registered and ready to bid before it wraps up.

Haven’t gotten to donate yet? The Clarksville Association of REALTORS® is collecting donations for Care for Kiana’s House through Friday, June 26th! ❤️ Kiana’s House is a transitional home for children and youth in the foster care system who are waiting for placement in foster homes.

After speaking with the Department of Children’s Services here in Montgomery County about specific ways to support Kiana’s House, CAR is collecting textured hair care products and monetary donations. Donated funds will help purchase food and additional textured hair care products for the children staying there.

A special thank you to Amanda Dusenberry with Veterans United, Heather Myers-Boyd, Kim Miraldi, and Rebecca Agent for donating!

Suggested donation items include curl-friendly shampoo, curl cream, leave-in conditioner, deep conditioner, detangling spray, edge control, hair moisturizer, scalp oil, satin bonnets, and satin pillowcases.

Last week, the Roadshow made a stop in Clarksville, and it was a great afternoon here at the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®! 🚗✨

We were excited to welcome Angela Shields, TN REALTORS® CEO, Chris Garrett, TN REALTORS® 2026 President, and all of the speakers who joined us for the roadshow. Thank you to all of the presenters for taking the time to share state-level updates and give our REALTOR® Members and Affiliate Partners a closer look at the work happening across Tennessee.

We also want to thank every CAR REALTOR® Member and Affiliate Partner who attended. Your time, questions, and participation helped make this roadshow stop even more meaningful.

The Clarksville Association of REALTORS® Helping Hands and YPN Committees are teaming up for a sweet afternoon with a meaningful purpose! 🍦

Join us on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Clarksville Association of REALTORS® for our DCS Suitcase Drive and Ice Cream Social benefiting the children in the Montgomery County DCS Foster Care system. Our goal is to fill 50 suitcases for children in foster care in our area, many of whom transition through care with very few belongings of their own or a proper bag to carry them in.

REALTOR® Members and Affiliate Partners are invited to stop by CAR to drop off donations, enjoy a sweet treat, connect with fellow members, and enter the Summer Date Night basket giveaway sponsored by Foreman Watson Land Title! This event will also serve as YPN Committee’s Quarter 3 Quarterly Connect, so make sure to stop by and network while making a positive impact in children's lives in our community!

Items Needed: New or gently used carry-on suitcases with wheels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, body wash, hairbrushes, face wash, feminine hygiene products, shirts, pajamas, socks, shoes, bras, and underwear. Clothing items are needed in all sizes, with pajamas requested in infant-adult sizes.

Can’t make it on July 14th? Physical donations may also be dropped off at CAR during office hours, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Monetary donations are also welcome and will be used to purchase items from the wish list.

The Clarksville Association of REALTORS® is saddened to share the passing of J Thomas “Tom” Denney, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, longtime REALTOR®, and valued member of our association.

Tom was a REALTOR® and General Manager with Coldwell Banker Conroy, Marable & Holleman for 19 years. Through his work in real estate and his many years of service to his country and community, Tom left a meaningful impact on those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Before his career in real estate, Tom served more than 30 years in the U.S. Army, including four combat tours in Vietnam. His life was marked by service, leadership, humor, and a deep care for the people around him.

Tom passed away peacefully on June 3rd, 2026, surrounded by his family. Please join us in keeping his wife, Sandra, their family, loved ones, friends, and former colleagues in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

A memorial and celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 8th, 2026, at 2:00pm at Heritage Gardens Funeral Home in Niceville, Florida, with visitation beginning one hour prior.
