Real estate doesn't always go as planned and the sale of this home definitely felt every turn of the roller coaster all the way to the closing table. Huge congratulations to Dana and Adam on the successful closing of their home in Dickson today! Thank you for staying seated and not derailing during all the bumps! It was a pleasure helping Jacob & Jaymee with the purchase of their home in Clarksville. They were PCSing to Fort Campbell and knew they wanted to purchase a home. They were able to make a trip to the area so they could select the home in person but everything else during the build process was done from afar. Sometimes the time to buy happens when you least expect it! I was introduced to this sweet family almost a year ago when they were PCSing to Fort Campbell from Hawaii. They wanted to purchase their first home and thought they were ready until the move got closer. They decided it just wasn't the time to buy so they rented instead which also gave them an opportunity to get to know the area. This family is one step closer to cutting ties with Clarksville and moving to their next duty station and they couldn't be more thrilled! We met 3 years ago when they were PCSing to Campbell. They selected their lot and built this home from the ground up! Fast forward 3 years and here we are, saying goodbye. Uncle Jacque is going to miss your kiddos and I don't know what I am going to do without the batting eyes and hugs from James. Best of luck to your family in KS!
