This 1908 town hall has now been converted into a small office building in historic Odenton MD. Keep with the "4-square nature of the local community" and the building itself, we added the wrap around porch to not only give the building more character, but the porch along the left side of the building secretly incorporates the ADA ramp as the first floor sits up just over 5 feet from the existing grade. We're still waiting on the final grading plan, but all futue parking will be to the rear of the building to keep the street side of the building free from cars parked directly in front or across the sidewalk.

A fun tranformation of this mid-80' house. Getting rid of he dutch gable elevation helps. We opened up the back of the house and now have a kosher kitchen. The builder was putting the finishing touches on everything and we'll be back for more pictures later.

Wonderful things are about to be built for another one of our Othrodox Jewish clients. A new single family home with roughly 9,200 sq ft of living space. The house will have a 3 car garage, kosher kitchen, 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. Along with a fully finished lower level, we have designed a 3 season room that will sit over top of a 2 story sports court that starts 7 feet below the level of the basement itself. Can't wait to see the framing go up.

A during construction and almost done picture of a renovation project in Annapolis area. The house was a summer home with a wrap around porch. We took out the walls between the house and the porch to open up the space as much as possible. Through the use of some beams and columns we think the space has been completely transformed. Looking foward to seeing the house completed.

We took the roof off this mid-century home in Annapolis and added a second floor to the middle of the house creating a new master bedroom suite. We wanted to keep the charm of this ranch home and expanded on the front porch with new columns. A 20 year old family room addition was on the back of the house and we opened up the walls between it and the main house to have a large eat-in type kitchen.

Thanking Zillow and MRIS for these pictures from one our Annapolis Waterfront homes. Built as a spec, this house was built off the foundation of an existing ranch house that we tore down and built up. By staying within the existing footprint of the older home a permit was pulled in 30 days vs 4 months of review process due to "critical area" regulations. The space above the garage was built out as a bonus room / bedoom with private bath.

We renovated this downtown Annapolis house in 2001. In a historic district, we kept the front and main portion of the house in tact and then added on a rear addition and roof top deck off the second floor.

The latest Allen & DeLalio project under contruction. The ceiling framing is now up in our transformation of this 1890's stone and heavy timber barn into a church. A muddy day for a site visit, but it was great to see this project well under way.
