Time for a market update! The market here in Montgomery County really is starting to balance out. With about 3.5 months worth of inventory, values are staying steady instead of the rapid increase we’ve seen in the past couple of years. The number of properties under contract right now is 6% higher than March of last year @ 488! Although days on the market has increased, these homes are still going fairly quick to great families and closing! Interest rates are on the decline as well. It’s really looking like a good year for buyers and sellers!
