My first year of real estate, I sat at the awards ceremony and watched my fellow colleagues get awards. Although I didn’t receive one that year it was very motivating to me. I knew then that I needed to set some realistic goals for my new career. I wanted to be successful in my career and for sure wanted to be recognized.

Almost every morning I would wake up and look myself in the mirror and say “I will get a award this year for real estate” Well, I received a award yall it was “Top Performance Leasing Agent” 🎉 I was excited the next year I received another leasing agent reward. It dawned on me that I wasn’t being clear on what exactly I wanted from my real estate career.

I wake up every morning and say “I will be a successful realtor, I will help my clients sell/buy over a million dollars in real estate. BOOM 💥 I am at a million in sales and the year is not over it. Thank you to all my clients, yall help me achieve one of my goals for the year.
