With the Tornado yesterday we were extremely blessed to be spared. We will be setting up donation boxes in the leasing office on Monday. From what we understand nonperishable food, pet food, water, trash bags, gloves, baby items and hygiene items are needed. We encourage our tenants to donate what you can.

To all of our tenants, we would like to help make the online payment request easier by pointing out that when making the online payment, it is extremely important to enter the correct full billing address for your credit card if that is here at Trenton Village please make sure you include your apartment number as well as the street address, city, state and zip code or the transaction will be declined by your bank. Also there is no link to the tenant portal. At move in an invitation to your portal was emailed. If you do not have that email anymore we can resend it to you. If you have any questions or can not access the portal, please reach out to us.

Update from CMCSS

The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System values the health and well-being of our students, staff, and families. We work throughout the year to promote healthy schools, and safety is our number one priority.

From March 30 through May 1, school buildings will be closed and all athletics/activities (including practices) and before- and after-school programs and events will be canceled or postponed. Our current plan is for students to return to school on May 4. This date is subject to change depending on the recommendation of the CDC and Health Department officials.

We are working towards providing students with continued learning opportunities that will be shared in the coming days. Tomorrow, we will share more information about our plans to continue providing meals for children.

All Tenants

In order to keep the property running smoothly and be able to service your needs, we are closing the office to personal contact with residents. We will be here working but are limiting contact to avoid catching or spreading the Corona Virus.

If you have a work order please call or email it to us. Be advised, we will not be entering apartments for any non-emergencies and issues that can wait, (light bulbs, window blinds, screens, etc.). If you have a leak, no heat, or an appliance not working, please let us know via a phone call or email.

Also we request all tenants to make any payments thru our online portal via Credit or Debit card. All convenience fees will be waived until further notice.

Thank you for your understanding. We will get through this together, helping each other.
