A candid moment that perfectly captures what this business is really about.

This photo was taken by my clients on the day they PCS’d out of Tennessee. At the time, we had just gotten their home under contract and were hopeful for a smooth path to closing. As often happens in real estate, a few unexpected challenges came our way along the journey.

Today, they texted me this pictures and said, “Officially!🤗” because we officially made it to the closing table!

Moments like this remind me that real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it’s about guiding people through major life transitions and helping them navigate the obstacles along the way.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work in real estate is creating opportunities to give back through every closing.

As part of my client closing initiative, each client has the opportunity to select a nonprofit organization to receive a donation made in their honor. This closing, we were honored to support the Millan Foundation and the inspiring work they are doing both locally and globally through service, outreach, and community impact.
