314 Ginger Dr. Dover, TN. had this one under contract with in two weeks of going active but it had a contingency of a home sale, then received a higher offer then the first one still with a contingency but we then accepted that one when the first buyer couldn't remove their contingency, and wouldn't ya know it got offer 3 😱 with just as good of an offer then the 2nd but NO CONTINGENCY 🥰 moving on to closing.
