Step #1 to a Custom Home Build with Homefront Builders:

With a custom build like this, the pressure is much lower for you as the client in the first meeting. This is not an overnight process, this will not be quick. So first and foremost, we need to get to know you. Here's a few examples of the questions I will ask you in the first consultation.

🧡 What is the best way to communicate with you? How frequently do want us to communicate?
🧡 Are you detail oriented or do you prefer just the highlights with information to go through at your leisure?
🧡What is important to you in your home ?
🧡What is important to you about the land?
🧡What is important to your spouse about the home and the land?
🧡Where do you want the home?
🧡What do you expect your buying power to be?
🧡Do you have expectations on what this process looks like?
🧡Do we like each other?

Believe it or not, these are the questions we need answers to before moving forward. This is a starting point to help you reach your dreams for your family and the home you can create.

It starts the conversation. It gives me the opportunity to correct some myths surrounding this process, and explain the realities of it so you can make educated decisions.

Across Clarksville, parents are gearing up to send their children off on their own after this final push in high school. Are you ready for your child to leave the nest? I'm not! As this is my first, I reached out to parents who have gone through this before me and got some tips. Well, folks, we’re here. Senior year. The grand finale of childhood, the prequel to adulthood, the season finale of My Baby Lives at Home. Next year, my oldest child will be off to college, and I am barely holding it together.
