Depending on the neighborhood, HOA dues can cover things like:
🏡 Lawn care
🏊 Community pools
🚪 Gates & security
🛣️ Road maintenance
🎾 Amenities & common areas

And yes… sometimes they also come with rules about paint colors and where you park your boat. 😅
