There has a lot going on lately and I haven't posted much about closings, client success stories and or struggles. This one however is closer to my heart.

Several years ago I met Alexis when she was house hunting and PCSed to fort Campbell. We eventually landed at this house and it was exactly what she needed at the time. Thankfully the friendship didn't end from there. We ended up having several mutual friends, similar places we hung out, she became a part time assistant to me at times while still in the Army. Supporting my business and clients in several ways. Life changed and it was time for her to move on, we landed on the idea of keeping the house as a rental for a few years as she indented to possibly be moving back. Which as life does what it does changed again. She found herself after a handful of different tenets in a place living across the country with a house back here left in disarray.

Luckily I know a few people and have flipped a house or two so we brought he back to life and loved her till she was in better shape than when she first bought it. Getting it ready for the perfect first time home buyers who get to start a whole new story for someones life!
