Weather Warning
Just a friendly reminder

We have already informed our renters of these tips but thought we would share with everyone

Due to the lovely weather inbound, you will want to disconnect hoses from house so the spigot doesn’t freeze and burst. Also that foundation vents should be closed, (houses with basements will not have these) to keep cold air from freezing pipes and causing what can be an expensive/inconvenient water leak in the crawlspace. Furthermore it will help your electric/gas bill just a bit. And lastly to make sure your fresh air return filters have been changed. A dirty filter will make your unit work harder, and it’s going to be working hard enough without trying to breathe through a dirty filter.
