With over 16 years in property management, Teresa has dedicated her career to creating communities where residents feel valued, supported, and truly at home. Her journey began in 2009 in privatized military housing at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, and through hard work and heart, she’s grown from Work Order Administrator to Property Manager — a role she’s proudly held since 2017.

As the Property Manager of Sango Ridge Townhomes, Teresa leads with compassion and excellence, overseeing every detail from leasing and financials to maintenance and resident experience. She’s successfully guided teams through multiple new construction lease-ups, including one during the height of COVID, always bringing dedication and grace to the challenge.

Originally from Spartanburg, SC, Teresa’s journey as a former military spouse took her across the globe before she settled in Clarksville, TN, where she continues to make a lasting impact.

Beyond work, Teresa is a proud mom and grandmother, a woman of strong faith, and a fitness enthusiast who believes in leaving every day — and every community — better than she found it. 💪❤️

The Property Management Association of Clarksville / PMAC as we refer to ourselves was born from a noticeable need to educate the community in all things concerning property management. This would be accomplished by providing a consistently growing network of professionals in the field of property management, locally held networking opportunities, certification opportunities and a consistent update on our market for those members who operate in our Market. Like our very successful Clarksville Realtor Association, CAR, where the buying and selling of real estate is the primary focus. Ours, in resemblance, is in tthe management of Real Estate. Our group was formed in 2013 but without backing locally we operated under the umbrella of the Nashville IREM. However, we arent Nashville and we had eventually had to part ways. Our group of professionals decided it was time for us to stand on our own. Make our footprint not as a Nashville sub group but the strong vibrant group we are. Hence the formation of PMAC; The Property Management Association of Clarksville and we focus solely on our market. Our goal at PMAC is to be your “go-to” for all things concerning property management and educating our local professionals will always be at the forefront of what we do.
