25 years ago, our nation experienced a day that changed us forever. We remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the countless acts of courage and compassion that followed.

September 11th reminds us how quickly life can change and how powerful we can be when we choose unity over division, compassion over anger, and love over hate.

Today, hold the people you love a little closer. Say “I love you.” Make the phone call. Give the extra hug. Forgive when you can. Be kind to the stranger beside you. Tomorrow is never promised, and sometimes the greatest thing we can give one another is simply our presence.

May we never forget those we lost, and may we never forget the way we came together. Different backgrounds, different beliefs, different walks of life but in that moment, we were simply people taking care of people. 🇺🇸❤️

- 70.4% of sales that don’t make it to closing run into inspection or repair issues.
- 27.8% of sales that don’t make it to closing run into buyer financing issues.
- 21% of sales that don’t make it to closing fall through because the buyer’s home didn’t sell.
- 14.9% of sales that don’t make it to closing fall through because of a sudden change in the buyer’s financial situation.

If you’re a seller, consider getting a pre-inspection, so any issues can be located and disclosed/repaired on the front end. You’ll thank yourself on closing day!
