Hi neighbors,

We’ve received a few concerns about dirt bikes being ridden around the neighborhood.

We absolutely support kids being outside and active, but the noise from gas-powered bikes and riding on or across private property has been a concern for some residents. We know this is likely unintentional, but we want to gently remind everyone to be mindful of where riding takes place and to avoid entering others’ property without permission.

As a reminder, our HOA bylaws (Section 9 – Nuisance) state that no activity should create noise or conditions that disturb the peace, safety, or comfort of others, or cause annoyance to neighboring residents.

Our goal is simply to keep the neighborhood safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, especially families, walkers, and nearby homeowners.

We appreciate everyone working together and looking out for one another!

We officially have a date for this year's Holly Point community yardsale. May 15th and 16th from 8-4pm.

We hope to see everyone come out and participate, whether buying or selling.
We will be discussing further details at the next HOA meeting on April 21st at 7pm. All Holly Point residents are welcome to join any HOA meeting.

Canceled-Next Holly Point HOA meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 at 7pm at 843 Mulberry PL . All Holly Point residents are welcome!

ANNUAL HOA MEETING

All Holly Point residents are invited to attend the Annual HOA Meeting on Wednesday, January 7th at 7:00 PM.

Each year at our annual meeting, we hold elections for the HOA Board. This is a great opportunity to stay informed, ask questions, and get involved in our community.

We hope to see everyone there!

Be on the lookout to be elved! The HOA is starting a new tradition this year to bring some joy to the neighborhood. If you receive an elf basket please read the instructions in the basket on how to proceed (If you wish to not participate, their are instructions for that as well). Please remember to put the door hanger on your front door to let others know you have already received a basket. Happy Holidays!
