Quick Tips for Maintaining Appliances

If you don’t own it, you still need to maintain it like you do.

• Clean lint traps, stove tops, and fridge coils. This will prevent malfunction and increase safety.

• Don’t overload washer/dryer. This can cause the motor to overwork and go out.

• Use appliances properly (no shortcuts!) Take precaution and remember to maintain them to keep them working properly.

👉 Neglect = damage charges. You are responsible for taking care of your rental home with love and attention.
