We know you see some dirt moving beside the new Urgent Care and beside Food Lion and we are sure everyone is curious as to what is on the way. Within Parkview Center beside the Urgent Care will be a Family Dentist and on the lot beside Food Lion will be a Pediatric Dentist. We know that’s a lot of dentist, but they specialize in different areas and their businesses have identified a need for these services in our area. And before anyone says it, we know you want more variety, more food and fun! We aren’t getting a lot of calls from variety, food and fun that want to buy lots and build their own buildings. These current new businesses did want to buy and build. So if you know of a professional service, restaurant, etc. that wants to buy a pad ready spot in Parkview Center please have them reach out. Lighting and landscaping are done and we are in talks with a restaurant to take on leasing the existing building. Can’t say who right now, Sorry! But, until they open please go and enjoy all of the many food and drink trucks and the farm stand.

Good evening fellow Cleveland peeps! The ground is moving over here are Parkview Center! We are currently working on a design for the new buildings that will be constructed and hope to have that out in the next month or two! We are working as fast as we can to bring you guys a new spot to eat and hopefully some businesses to frequent not long after the restaurant opens!
