When we moved here it instantly felt like home, and the move has always "felt right". I've long loved community, and through this adventure I've realized just how important it really is. I am grateful for the welcoming and bright community we have in Clayton. So here I am, bringing over 16 years of real estate experience from California to North Carolina and looking to make a positive impact on every life I meet! The last decade has been a very positive environment for real estate. Like everything else in life, the real estate market is cyclical, and we are currently seeing a shift. I was a realtor when the market took a significant downturn during the Great Recession. I have worked with investors, homeowners, homebuyers, relocating clients, active-duty military buyers who weren't local and were unable to physically shop for their homes, veteran homebuyers and sellers, asset managers, and banks. I know how to sell homes fast, and for top dollar when the market is soft, or even declining. I am experienced in negotiating for my clients, whatever their needs are. I've witnessed the high highs and low lows of homeownership, and while I do not make decisions for my clients, my advice to them is tempered by this broad experience.
