Shout out to Greg Calhoun for building this masterpiece… can’t say I’ve ever had to make King size Bunkbeds before. Excellent craftsmanship if I do say so myself. I spent the day here deep cleaning this rental and getting it set up for its first guests of the season this week. The owners are pretty great too ☺️ thx Jen for the referral.

It’s amazing what looks “decent” and “not too bad” can turn into with a few hours and a pressure washer.
Was a beautiful afternoon to get it all cleaned up and dried fast in the sun 😎

Took a few days last week but finished overhauling this beauty on Tennis Island. Complete deep clean, pressure washing, fixes and reset for rental season. Also took over management for this property and updated the listings with new pictures, pricing and information.

Finished up another rental deep clean that I took over managing. Even scrubbed the balcony by hand as there is no water hookup for the pressure washer. Shampooed stairs, reset amenities, took new photos, revamped & updated the listings.

Double decker with lots of furniture to detail. Under both decks, kayaks/pedalboat siding top to bottom, rug, grill & cover. Furniture and rug will be put back after the deck has dried as to not trap moisture in the boards.
Still wet so not the lightened brightened true reveal….. that wind was chilly and the sun was getting ready to say good night.
