We’re calling it Market Tuesday this week. 😉 Don’t worry, Market Monday will be back!

July’s numbers show plenty of movement across our local markets. Wake County recorded more than 1,500 closings, Johnston County saw 373 homes close, and Wilson, Nash and Franklin counties added another 214.

With a mix of resale and new construction options available across the region, buyers have choices and homes are still moving. The market may look different from county to county, but opportunity is out there.
