Another fun event happening in our beautiful community at Stonewall Creek Vineyards. Their annual Harvest Stomp.

Get your tickets at their website now for Saturday, September 19 from 12noon - 5pm for their biggest event of the year! There will be grape stomping, souvenir t-shirts, wine tasting, live music, and good food. It's definitely one you will want to attend. Who knows, you may see me there.

Have you ever been to the Rabun Festival of Trees show before? If not, this is the year. Mark your calendar now for November 27 & 28.

It is a fun and festive event for the entire family at the Rabun County Civic Center. You can start your Christmas shopping and even bid on and win a Christmas tree for your home. This is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. You never know, you may see me there.

Fall is just around the corner and it wouldn't be fall in Rabun County if you didn't go to the Foxfire Mountaineer Festival in Clayton, Georgia. It happens the first Saturday of October. This year, plan to be at the Rabun County Pavilions behind the Civic Center on October 3rd. There will be all types of vendors, food, and best of all games and things to watch and do from The Foxfire Museum. You do not want to miss it so mark your calendars now. The Painted Fern Art Festival is this weekend!
There will be Art, and an Art Raffle, a Bake Sale, a Tea Room, and lots of other fun things.
It all happens at the Rabun County Civic Center Saturday and Sunday, July 11-12 and it starts at 10AM. There will be over 40 different artists from North Georgia Arts Guild.
Just another fun thing going on in Downtown Clayton in the Northeast Georgia Mountains. Maybe I'll see you there.

Do you love BBQ? If so and you haven't been to Blue Hound Barbecue yet, you need to run, don't walk, to Dillard, Georgia to have some of the best you will have anywhere.

Blue Hound not only has delicious BBQ but they have some incredible side dishes as well. You will NOT go home hungry. And look at this weeks Specials. Wow!!!!

Have you heard? This weekend is Ramshackle!!! Are you going?

Ramshackle is Downtown Clayton's Premier Event that kicks off Summer Annually on the First Saturday in June!

Downtown Main Street will be filled with local merchants, artisans, craftspeople and other vendors, from 10AM until 6PM.

It's a full day and evening of entertainment through downtown featuring an array of local entertainers and the 2026 Ramshackle Rising Star: Jake McCrackin.

Make plans now to go to Downtown Clayton in our beautiful Northeast Georgia Mountains. It's going to be a beautiful day. You never know, you may see me around too.

Have you been to the NEW Clayton Cafe with the NEW owners yet? If not, you should. We are thrilled that Ms. Angie is bringing the Clayton Cafe back to its glory. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Go check them out. They are open Monday through Saturday from 7 am till 3 pm. Breakfast all day and lunch from 11 till 3 p.m. You never know, you may see me there.

The Of These Mountains Marketplace is a fabulous outdoor shopping experience that brings together over 100+ local artists, makers, and small businesses from the surrounding areas.

There will be crafts, food, and entertainment. Shop unique, quality items and support the small businesses and makers that keep small towns vibrant and charming.

They are back for the season and we are thrilled.

Max's Lakeside and the Swing Bar opened back up and on Lake Rabun and everyone is so happy to have them back. The food is great, the atmosphere is fun, and the people are even better. Be sure to go by the next time you are up here in the North Gerogia Mountains. You never know, you may see me there too.

Don't miss out. Osage is back open for the season everyday from 9am to 6pm. Stop by and pick up fresh vegetables, jams, jellies, and of course their delicious strawberries.
