As the 2023 Chair of the Urban Affairs Committee, I had the pleasure of hosting & introducing the new Director of Real Estate for the LRA, Lance Knuckles, & Chris Hansen from the Kranzberg Arts Foundation.

1. Many changes are coming to the LRA which will be more resourceful & beneficial to city homeowners & developers/rehabbers.

2. The Kranzberg Art Foundation will be accepting applications again very soon for any artists in our city that desire pursuing homeownership.

3. The committee & I will be working diligently to bring awareness to our forums & more accessible.
