This quote hit home this morning as I was updating our team accountability chart (“org chart”).
and I started this company at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 and invested just under $2k apiece to get it off the ground.
The mission was clear.
Serve the trading industry BETTER than it had ever been served before and put client results above EVERYTHING.
Almost 4 years later our team has grown to 18+ and we’ve generated millions in sales per year.
Moreso than the income however, is the IMPACT we’ve been able to make on our now thousands of clients around the world and the AMAZING team we get to work with each and every day.
So as I look back, I’m super proud of these guys and grateful that God allowed us to cross paths and build this from nothing.
Sure, I have a few more grey hairs (running a business is HARD as crap), but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Thank you to all of our clients who have trusted us over the years and to the future clients who we haven’t met yet.
And a special thank you to my wife Olivia for continuing to allow me to pursue my crazy dreams.
2024 is about to be a ROCKET.
