Big things are taking shape behind the scenes in Pennsylvania. 🧨

It’s not every day you get a front-row seat to a blasting operation of this scale. The general contractor invited some of their team members to be a part of this on-site, large-scale blasting operation as work continues to prepare the site at our new development. The project is progressing nicely, and we appreciate the tremendous effort happening behind the scenes to get the site ready for what’s ahead.

Exciting progress at Austin Hills Building 6 in Austin, Texas!

The building pad has officially been poured, and crews are now moving into the next major milestone: tilt-up panel construction. This stage is always an exciting point in the project, as the building begins to take shape vertically and the overall scale of the development becomes visible on site.

Great work by the project team and trade partners keeping momentum moving forward. We’re excited to see Building 6 continue to rise and bring new industrial space to the Austin market.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: MIDLOTHIAN, TEXAS

A productive week on-site at our Midlothian Texas development for Palmer Logistics! Crews completed floor slab cleaning, finalized the foam fire protection system installation, and continued work on high bay lighting and dock canopies in the warehouse.

Inside the office area, interior wall construction and tape/bed work were completed, while ceiling grid installation officially began.

Looking ahead, the team is focused on several major milestones, including:
• Completing warehouse high bay lighting and dock canopies
• Exterior building painting completion
• Building energization and gas activation
• HVAC startup
• Generator installation
• Beginning ceiling tile installation in H3
• Millwork, tile, and ceiling progress throughout the office areas

Site improvements are also continuing with lighting installation and concrete pours along the south entrance and Miller Road.

Every year, Sansone Group recognizes the broker or brokerage team responsible for the highest gross commission with “The Beast Award.” The name comes Anthony Sr’s (founder of Sansone Group), favorite wine and it is fitting. He was a man who got after it in business and in all areas of life, and had a no quit mentality. That standard lives on in this award.

This year, and took it home. They brokered a 15 year lease with a large e-commerce distributor. The tenant took north of 300k SFT for a win-win for all involved.

Vince, Jake and the Principals of the firm, , , celebrated with dinner at one of their favorite restaurants. Jake and Vince each received a bottle of the Beast and a handwritten note from the principals. Well earned, and some great bragging rights!

Through the years some of the sansone family including Jim and Doug had the chance to visit the winery in Napa Valley, which makes this tradition feel even more special.

Congratulations to Jake and Vince! This is what the standard looks like. Mr. Sansone would be proud!
