A longstanding partnership is entering a new chapter in the Kansas City Northland!

After working alongside Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers to close 15 locations and complete 6 through our development program, Sansone Group is proud to be underway on our first build-to-suit development together, a 7,596 SF, 8-bay location at 3001 NE Barry Road, Kansas City, MO.

Construction will be underway before the end of the year, with completion targeted for Q2 2027. We’re excited to continue building on a relationship that has already delivered many successful projects; now through a new development structure.
