Research & Listing Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible Work-from-Home or On-Site)

Position Details:
• Contract
• Training Pay: $15/hr
• Training Schedule:
Fridays and Saturdays 9PM – 10PM
• Training Location: In-person near Clayton Hospital in Clayton, NC
• After Training Pay: Starts at $20/hr, up to $50/hr for the right person
Work After Training:
• Option to work remotely from home as work becomes available
• Or work part-time on site weekly or BOTH.
• On-Site Work Hours: Fridays, 9:00 PM – Saturday, 3:00 AM
• Work Environment: Extremely casual, friendly, and supportive, join a local small business!
Must Have:
• Reliable transportation overall (for training and any on-site work)
• Smartphone: iPhone 13 or higher, or a comparable Android model
• General knowledge of AI tools, using laptops, and uploading photos
• Fast & accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take clear photos
• Proficient computer skills
• Good written communication and grammar
• Research skills for finding and verifying item information and prices
What You’ll Do:
• Research items online using provided tools
• Take high-quality photos
• Write detailed, accurate descriptions
• Measure and weigh items
• Find comparable sales prices
• Multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, non-traditional environment
Who You Are:
• Quick learner and self-starter
• Comfortable working late-night hours
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong typing, research, and communication skills
