Being a Real Estate Agent has its ups and downs. One of the more positive transactions is helping a first time homebuyer realize their dream of starting a life in their own home to raise a family. today was a personal highlight for me as we closed on a home for Cody and Lisa Higgins. Cody is a life long friend of my two sons and has been a part of our extended family since his middle school years. A heartfelt congrats from me and Bridgeview Real Estate as Cody and Lisa and their toddler start a new chapter in their first home. Special thanks to listing agent and broker, Lorie Obrien for her part in bringing the sale to conclusion, (our first deal together. by the way) ,and also attorney Justin Brotherton for the sellers, and attorney Tryston Robinson (with Lebaudy Law)representing Americu for the buyers.
