Five real estate professionals at BHHS Alliance Real Estate with more than five decades of diverse residential real estate experience have joined forces to establish Land/Litwack & Associates. Heading up the group are award-winning Realtors Berkley Land and Matt Litwack, both top-performing professionals at BHHS Alliance's Clayton office. Joining them are Realtor Kendra Downs, who has partnered with Berkley Land since 2007, and certified residential appraiser Karen Polishuk, also of the Clayton office. A recent addition to the team is Alison Frederick who offers her expertise in marketing. In 2016, the group had a combined $37 million in sales, comprised of more than 90 properties, placing them in the top one percent of BHHS Alliance's St. Louis agents.
