Has anyone in my real estate network received the Clear Cooperation survey? With all the changes that many agents—and certainly consumers—are still struggling to fully comprehend, it now seems that they are exploring the idea of a "private sale platform."
Private sales, pocket listings, off-market listings... What happened to the principles of the Fair Housing Act? Wasn't the entire purpose of Clear Cooperation to ensure transparency and fairness in the market? This situation is becoming increasingly perplexing. It feels like we're losing sight of the original intent behind these policies.
Is anyone else feeling overwhelmed by these developments?
The Clear Cooperation rule was created by people who have NEVER sold real estate. This is complete insanity. WHAT NEXT???
