We’re excited to welcome Emily Ackley to LCG Capital Management as our new Director of Brokerage.
Emily joins us from NAI DESCO, where she served as Vice President of Brokerage, bringing extensive experience in leasing, transaction services, and strategic negotiations across multi-state markets.
Previously, Emily was a Leasing Representative at The Staenberg Group, where she managed approximately 900,000 SF of retail space at premier shopping destinations including The District. She began her career at Cushman & Wakefield, supporting national retail clients and managing high-volume lease transactions. Emily remains deeply involved in the industry through Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.
