Tommy and Tracy Myatt “Your Partners in Real Estate”

As a Garner, NC, native and resident of Clayton since 1993, I am thrilled at the prospect of helping others find their dream home in this wonderful part of the state I embrace and call home. The Wake/Johnston county area boasts the ultimate mix of natural resources, business, entertainment, wellness, and community that appeals to individuals and families alike. In raising our son, Ty, my husband and real estate partner (Tommy Myatt) and I have explored and sampled the many parks, museums, churches, local youth sports organizations, local community theater, educational institutions, athletic facilities, and dining experiences that this area has to offer and could not feel more fortunate to live and raise a family here. Through volunteer positions with Raleigh Rattlesnakes Youth Rugby and Clayton Youth Theater, we have deepened our involvement and commitment to the area and look forward to enjoying its steady, yet never stifling, growth. As a recent "empty nester", I am excited to embark on this new quest to help others find the perfect home to fit whatever stage in life they are currently journeying or planning for. Outside of being part of a Navy family and living in many ports of call across the USA in my early years, I was born and raised in North Carolina. I began my career with The NC Real Estate Firm, LLC almost from its inception and I now assist sellers and buyers in a territory that covers the North Carolina Piedmont all the way to the coastal regions.

As a member of both the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors and Cape Fear Realtors, I am having a lot of fun realizing my bucket list dream of being a realtor/Broker-in-Charge where I can help clients realize their real estate goals in a wide territory across the state.

My wife of 31 years, Tracy Cordell Myatt is also a realtor/broker with the firm and we often work together in a team approach where we can assist our clients collectively if the need arises.
