A real estate life for me...
Background: An advocate of real estate “investment” for over 30 years, I’ve been fortunate to have owned many properties here in Washington State. Ground up building, remodeling, maintaining rental properties, working in legal, escrow, and the real estate field as a licensed Realtor has given me the opportunity to serve as “trusted advisor” to my real estate clients. I often receive calls from friends, family and clients asking for advice on acquisition, ownership, landlord-tenant disputes, and the foreclosures aspects of real estate.
Current work:
I work with Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Vacation Home Buyers, hunting down properties as they become available. I negotiate honestly and aggressively for my clients, often-times having to “go above and beyond” to get to the closing table. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of real estate with my clients and strive to clarify and simplify the transaction so that each and every client can confidently close their transaction.
“I strive for honest and knowledgeable communication in all real estate transactions when working on behalf of clients. I do my best to present all aspects of a property to my Buyers and Sellers – helping them navigate any potential land mines by working with them every step of the way as if it were my own acquisition or sale…”
