The story continues and the Legacy begins. This past weekend I had the honor of sharing deer camp with a client, and great friends. We have already had some amazing experiences on his new land in 2023 and this past weekend we were able to continue that. These photos show what deer camp is really about. Great times spent with family and friends. You may look at these and think "that's not deer camp." But it is, from amazing meals with the best of friends, to random stops at a bowling alley in the small town near camp. Animals harvested, time spent, memories made, Legacies built. I could not be more grateful for the opportunity to be part of this families Legacy, and the opportunity to harvest a great animal that will feed family and friends for months to come.

When I set out on the path to become a realtor I wanted to be able to create “Moments” for my clients. This weekend I was able to be part of one of those “moments.”

My client purchased this property late in 2022 following the sale of a previously held family parcel. There was a lot of emotion attached to the sale, as well as fear and doubt about the new purchase. I had the opportunity to work with him and his family this summer preparing this new piece for the fall hunting season.

Being there to share in the moment of his harvest of a lifetime was an incredible experience. The excitement, the energy, and the emotion were palpable. Was an amazing experience to see he and his family celebrate the “win” of purchasing this new Legacy land property, and then for him to be able to harvest his biggest buck to date. This is a story all of us will tell for the rest of our lives, and is exactly what I set out to be a part of when I got into Real Estate.

Another great fall morning in the woods of Central WI! This is the first season working and hunting this parcel purchased by a client late in 2022. The Pre-rut is definitely on, bucks chasing does all over. No successful whitetail harvests today, but Em and I did manage to get our fall turkey!
