Part II of my North Shore Refresh Project ✨

This project started with new flooring, but quickly turned into a much larger refresh that completely changed the feel of the home. The kitchen was redesigned with fresh green cabinetry, quartz countertops featuring a waterfall edge, updated lighting, and warm seating to create a space that feels both inviting and elevated.

Upstairs, the bathroom received a full makeover with new tile flooring, a tiled shower, updated vanity, mirror, and lighting — bringing a fresh, cohesive feel to the entire home.

I finished this project by styling all the final details and seeing everything come together against those lake views made it even more special.

A sneak peek of the my North Shore Refresh Project ✨

The result is a cozy, chic retreat made for gathering — complete with those stunning lake views.

The Birdhouse Project Reveal 🕊️✨

This little lake cottage started as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with very limited space. Through intentional space planning and design, we added a basement and loft, turning it into a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that now feels open, functional, and full of light.

Every square inch was thoughtfully considered to make the most of the footprint and the beautiful lake setting.

Projects like this are such a reminder of how powerful thoughtful design and space planning can be. Seeing this once tiny cottage transform into such a stunning lake retreat has been incredibly rewarding. I loved being part of bringing the Birdhouse to life. 🤍

I kicked off the first week of the new year with not 1, but 2 stagings!

The Whitewood Homestead Reveal ✨

What started as mood boards and floor plans turned into two beautifully finished spaces! For this new construction home, I had the joy of designing and furnishing the living room and master bedroom right down to the fireplace details. Watching a vision come to life like this never gets old. 🤍

Four years ago, I took a leap of faith and started Simply Home and I can’t believe how far it’s come! What started as a dream has grown into something so special.

This past year especially has been one to remember, being named Best of the Best was such an incredible honor.
