We have a chosen a family to help out for breast cancer awareness month. Kate-Madonna Hindes reached out to me after seeing our post about finding a family to donate to. Kate has used KP Home Inspections for several real estate transactions over the years.

We are donating a portion of every home inspection performed in the month of October to this wonderful family. We are off to a great start! Please help us finish the month strong!

The other 2 companies have 63 reviews below 2 star.

We have 2 reviews below 2 stars. 1 was NOT our client (perhaps another KP Home Inspection from another state?🤷‍♂️)
The other was from a seller who said we were rude even though we never met them.

What truly matters to me is having long time clients (those that have purchased 2, 3, 4, and even 5 homes) with us! Thank you to all of our past clients! 🙏

After 15+ years of home inspections I still truly enjoy performing home inspections and educating buyers about the their new home!

Always ask for an inspection even if the remodel looks beautiful! 😍 There was no other water on at the time I turned this shower head on.🤯💧

Ice dams will be a very serious issue this year! If you have a history of ice dams, make sure to remove as much snow as possible and ensure your heating cables are working properly.
