Something exciting is finally happening! 🎉
After nearly three years of planning, waiting, and working behind the scenes, we’re finally seeing movement on the new Lakeside Acres development. Last week, Charleston Excavating broke ground and began the first phase of site work! 🚜
It’s a small step, but it feels like a major milestone. The groundwork is being prepared for sewer and water infrastructure, with hopes of homes beginning to be built this fall. Phase 1 will include 17 homes, and while there’s still a long road ahead, it’s exciting to see this vision starting to take shape.
As my kids and I were swimming at the original Lakeside Acres tonight, I couldn’t help but look across the land and dream about what’s to come. 🏡✨Seeing equipment on site after years of planning makes the future feel a little more real. We’re excited to watch this new community come to life in a fantastic location near the lake. 😍🫶
