We are thrilled to announce the successful sale of the McCain’s home! Despite some challenges, having the right team in their corner made all the difference. The McCain’s are settled into their new place, and enjoying their upgrade.

This deal was a whirlwind, and a miracle happened because we had issues finding a radon company that could come after hours due to the conflict of schedules with our sellers and the buyer’s as well which was literally going to be a DEALBREAKER if we couldn’t find somebody. So with only a few days left to resolve the issue, I hosted an open house and was putting up my signs when, by the grace of God, a guy approached my window as I was getting into my car. He asked if I was a Realtor, and I confirmed. He then mentioned that he does radon and offered his services if I ever needed someone to call. I immediately asked if he worked after hours, and he said yes. That’s how the deal was saved! Sometimes you are just at the right place at the right time!😌
