Hello wonderful residents!
We’re so excited for our upcoming Pool Party on August 15th from 2–6 PM, and we wanted to share more details about the raffle and some of the fun we have planned!
📍Location:
Clearfield Station Apartments Pool

🏆 Raffle Info:
Every unit will receive one raffle entry, but at least one leaseholder must be present to claim it.
Want more chances to win? You can earn unlimited bonus entries—just leave us a review!
Each review = one additional raffle entry, and there’s no limit to how many guests or household members can participate.
Reviews must be posted on the day of the event to count for extra entries—so be sure to leave yours during the party!
💼 Special Guest:
We’ll be joined by Key Bank, who will have a table with something special and will be available to answer any financial questions you may have.
🎪 Activities + Treats:
We’ll have a bounce house (use at your own risk), snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy, drinks, and maybe more surprises!
