It's always such an honor when I get to help my lifelong friends through a transaction. This is the fourth transaction I've done with my good friend Brock Mosley, and the third with his awesome wife, Elizabeth. It seems like yesterday we were at TH Bell playing basketball, running track, and also when he went with my family to see my aunt, uncles, and cousins in England and Ireland during our ninth-grade summer break. I also appreciate the die-cast vintage '63 Corvette you got me. It is an exact copy of my car, and I will keep it on my desk to admire. That gift was so unexpected, and I truly appreciate you both. 💯🏡

I have helped hundreds of first-time buyers, and it never gets old. I became an agent because of how terrible my first agent was when I bought my first home, and I promised to never treat people the way my agent treated me. I was going to do it the right way, honestly, and help my clients get to the closing table, and that’s what I’ve done for many years now. I absolutely love what I do and helping people become homeowners, regardless of their age. I’ve helped 18-year-olds buy their first home and 70-year-olds, and everything in between. Today, I closed on a home for first-time buyers. Eduardo, who is only 23, went in with his brother-in-law Terry to buy a home together. I have enjoyed helping them so much, and I’m so proud of them! I am still using the same alarm clock my parents bought for me from ‘Best’ in Riverdale in the early 90s (where Michaels is now; does anyone remember how cool that place was? They had one of everything set up, and you picked the tag of what you wanted and put it on a conveyor. A few minutes later, it would come out on the conveyor in a box, ready to go). They have never made a simpler and more efficient alarm clock and clock radio than this one. I am sure I will still be using it for the next 30 years.

Woke up way too early, but an 8am closing in South Salt Lake is a great reason why! Clients should be here any minute, and then they’ll sign on their very first home! I’m so happy for them. 🧡😎🙌
