It really makes a big difference! I personally paid off one of my rentals in 9 years. I started with a 30-year mortgage and applied an extra $ 1,200 per month to the payment, and my mortgage was paid off in 9 years. Saving hundreds of thousands in interest! Even if you only make 1 extra payment per year, it really helps in the long run.

Just made it through the work week with 6 closings under my belt between Tuesday and Friday. Just got the key to the last one that recorded earlier today. Whew. What a week. I’m super grateful and happy that all 6 closings went smoothly, without any delays or hiccups. That’s always the goal. It’s nice when they play out that way. 🫶🏻🙌💪🏡😎😊

Today was a great day with three closings, and I have two more tomorrow and one on Wednesday. It’s funny how things sometimes just fall into place, and I end up with six closings the same week. Whew!

Today was absolutely exhausting—I worked 11 hours and was all over the place. I just got home, and I’m ready to crash before doing it all over again tomorrow morning..

I truly love what I do, and I’m so grateful I have the opportunity to help multiple families buy and sell homes this week. 🏡🫶🏻🙌☺️💪

Historically, Real Estate has at least doubled in value over 95% of the years…

It’s such a good investment, considering it’s a solid asset that you can touch,feel, and own

There are a lot of assets that go up in value, but Real Estate the only one that you can use other people’s money to buy, and it has a ton of other advantages that nothing else has.
