To all renters and or visitors.
Sadly , we have people that come here and think nothing of disrespecting the property and doing some pretty stupid things.
Unfortunately , someone decided it would be fun to throw eggs off the bayside balcony and the eggs landed on our third floor deck right around unit 304 on the deck.
Joe spent hours down there today power washing that mess. So , if anyone happened to see that activity , or has any insight as to whom that could have possibly been, would you please comment or private message me.
Secondly , someone decided to have sexual in*******se in our pool Friday night and left their disgusting used condom and wrapper on the edge of the pool. If anyone saw that activity , and can identify that couple ,would you please comment or private message.
Thankfully we have cameras that look pool side so Deb will go through the footage. Ugh!
