Forgot to share that we finally got this bad boy sold back in February. Almost 3 years after we jumped into this one we finally wrapped it up! The complete gut and remodel took about a year and a half. Then we had a 1-year lease purchase contract with a buyer that didn’t work out. So we listed it again with Lisa at Thummel and got it under contract with a new buyer within days.

It was a busy week for us! We liquidated our Lakeview rental in Derby with the help of The Carlson Connection team. They had it under contract for full asking in less than 24 hours, and finished the job with a smooth closing this week! We also have a new resident at Washington, in Osborne! Focused on some renovations at our personal residence, but are always on the lookout for the next opportunity!
