Hampton Apartments is partnering with The Humane Society of Tampa Bay for a 30-day fundraiser. To kickoff the partnership, volunteers brought two adorable, adoptable puppies to visit our residents! As our neighbor right around the corner, we proudly support their mission to save more lives, strengthen community care, and create a sustainable future for animals. Hampton Apartments helped sponsor a meaningful event on Saturday- the 25th Annual Suncoast Hospice Beach Stroll.

One of our goals is to continue to provide support and positivity in our local community. Together with other organizations and individuals we walked in celebration of lost loved ones.

Prena is an onsite Physical Therapist in our Wellness Center who teaches the Move and Improve fitness class. Every Tuesday morning, she brings her expertise to our residents with exercises and education about relevant topics. This week Prena focused on the importance of protein for counteracting age-related muscle loss, maintaining mobility, and supporting bone health.
