* New Listings have decreased by 10% month over month and have decreased year over year, while Active Listings inventory levels have increased slightly from the previous month and are up by 39% compared to last year.

* The number of units sold decreased from the previous month and is down by 15% year over year. Inventory increased by 39% over the same time frame.

* Total Sales Volume decreased by 17% month over month and decreased by 15% year over year.

* Average Days on Market have increased month over month and are up 41% compared to the previous year.
