Big congrats to my seller Mike, we got it DONE (even with his escape-artist cat plotting his great escape at every showing 😼🚪).

This cat wasn’t just a pet, he was the main character. Stalking open doors, supervising walkthroughs, and stealing the spotlight from granite countertops and updated appliances.

Despite his best efforts to turn each showing into a game of “Catch Me If You Can,” we made it across the finish line. Mike’s moving on, the buyers are thrilled, and the cat… well, he’s probably still wondering why strangers kept touring his house.

If the estimates for repair and restoration are higher, Building Construction Services team members can discuss options for repair that will help you get back on your feet.
