This photo shows Pam Ryan Anderson at the Ginormous Easter Egg Hunt in Coachman Park on Easter Sunday. As the overall person in charge of this phenomenal event, Pam also created the Easter Basket that is more than five foot tall, shown in the rear of this picture. Pam is with the family that won the chance drawing for this amazing basket with over $350 of family fun packed into it. The little girl was so exited she won that she ran up to Pam and gave her a huge hug. Making kids happy is big in Pam’s life and community actiivites, putting on events like the Easter Egg Hunt and Winter Wonderland, an entire Christmas village in downtown Clearwater, as well as supporting several non-profit groups that benefit children..

As Executive Director of Clearwater Community Volunteers (CCV), Pam Ryan Anderson, along with our incredible volunteers, is thrilled to announce that our fundraising event on Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Fort Harrison was a huge success—completely sold out! 🎉

Guests were treated to a stunning venue, delicious food, and a fashion show featuring beautiful pieces from Pippa Pelure, a boutique in St. Petersburg. The silent auction was a highlight, with nearly 200 items up for grabs—including an adorable Havanese puppy! 🐾

This fantastic event is held every September, benefiting the Sheriff's Police Athletic League in Lealman, Winter Wonderland, and other important charities supported by CCV.

🌪️ Hurricane season is here! 🌧️ It's always better to be safe than sorry. While there are plenty of detailed lists out there, here are a few simple reminders to help you prepare for the possibility of being without power or water for a few days:

🏠 Secure your home – Remove loose items outside to prevent them from becoming dangerous flying debris.

🐾 Plan for pets – If you're in an evacuation zone, find a shelter that accepts pets, and make sure you have enough food and supplies for them.

🚰 Stock up on essentials – Water, canned goods, bread, and even food for the grill. Don’t forget your medications!

🔦 Prepare for power outages – Have extra batteries for flashlights and use candles safely if needed.

💳 Cash & gas – Fill your tank and have cash on hand in case you need to evacuate.

Remember, it’s better to over-prepare and not need it than to be caught off guard. Stay safe and look out for each other! 💙
