Joe's specialty is his ability to negotiate for both sellers and buyers. At the age of 20 Joe packed his bags and moved out west to start a life in the Santa Cruz area. Joe took an entry level position at a local treatment center and quickly moved-up the ranks of the corporate ladder, finally landing as the head of sales and marketing. When Joe first started at the company there were roughly 15 em
ployees and 25 residential clients, but after just five years that number increased to over 100 staff and 150 clients. Joe was an integral piece in the opening of two new residential facilities in Northern California, which routinely brought in over $12 million of annual income. Joe took his entrepreneurial and sales skills to Pajaro Valley CrossFit where within 6 months of opening, he had personally sold over 100 memberships. The gym is now a thriving success and continues to be one of Joe's favorite hobbies. Always having a high interest and a natural ability in sales, Joe was attracted to the real estate industry. Joe brings a strong work ethic and the highest level of integrity to the real estate team at David Lyng. He has a passion for helping others and seeing people succeed. Joe's unique background contributes to his success as a Realtorโhis marketing background gives him a keen eye for design and advertising, his sales background has made him a skilled negotiator, and his involvement with the CrossFit organization has honed his coaching skills to help guide you through your real estate transaction with his calm, professional demeanor. In 2019, Joe and his family moved from California to Clearwater, Florida and both he and his wife have started their own businesses. Hi wife, Ashly, has a successful law practice, while Joe is running his real estate business.
