What an exciting time June & July have been so far. It was a Trifecta June with 3 closings with 3 amazing clients. 1 Listing under contract in 12 days at asking price, smooth close & 1 investment client closed in 2 weeks (2nd transaction) , & a new build beautiful home sale in Springhill (3rd transaction with my client). I am so very grateful to all my clients!!! Was still able to have an amazing 7 day vacation in June with my daughter & grandbabies. Plus I switched my license to Charles Rutenberg Realty this month & can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings! Wishing everyone a safe & happy Summer 🌻
