Good news for buyers but lower profits for sellers. If you’re thinking about selling now is the time before the market cools

A survey of Redfin agents found a slow but steady drop in the percentage of listings engaged in a bidding war. In April, 74.1% of sellers entertained multiple bids; in May it dropped to 72.1%; and in June, it fell to 65%. But Sarasota tops the list of U.S. bidding-war cities at 87%.

Chris Perkins Review

When you are looking for a realtor, Chris Perkins is the one you want to choose. He works for you 24/7. It started out with getting several e mails from him with listings at 6:00 AM! He starts working early! He responded quickly to set up my showings. Any questions I had, he was on it going to the seller to get me the answers.
