He is a graduate of Tampa Preparatory School and the Metropolitan State College of Denver, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business. He worked for the Marathon Oil Research and Development Center and Holme, Roberts and Owen law firm while attending college in Colorado. Patricc is also a member of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity. After college, he opened the Cafe Toulouse Restaurant
in Tampa. "It was a wonderful experience and it helped me to become a true entrepreneur. " In 1993, after selling the restaurant, Patricc was hired by GTE and worked in telecom and wireless sales and sales management for ten years. Patricc was also Carol Kurdell's first campaign Manager for Hillsborough County School Board during that time. After renovating several homes and lofts in Tampa and Boca Grande, Florida, his passion for real estate continued to grow. Patricc started with Smith and Associates in 2000 and is a multi-million dollar producer. Helping clients buy and sell real estate successfully is his number one objective. Patricc has lived in Tampa for almost 30 years. He is very knowledgeable of the Hillsborough and Pinellas markets and is a Certified Luxury Home Specialist. Presently, he resides at Grand Central in Channelside in Tampa. Patricc sat on the Board of Directors for Victory Lofts and is still on the Tampa Prep Alumni Association and Board of Trustees. He volunteers for Paint Your Heart Out, the Gasparilla Distance Classic, and other charitable organizations. Some of Patricc's interests include running, racquetball, soccer, tennis, astronomy, sailing, classical music and traveling.
